This includes the preparation and on going management of the business to a business plan. Services including preparation of monthly management reporting, cash management, and annual budgeting, forecasting in alignment with the business plan.
We work with Management to provide the appropriate resource and tools to accurately record and interpret financial information to ensure that the business can grow, or continue to sustain growth.
We assess the option of implementation/support of in house accounting function to ensure adequate financial controls are in place to support the growth strategy. We also oversee and contract out accounting and bookkeeping functions to reputable and effective partners.
BIO TECH RESEARCH AND FINANCE LTD. is able to facilitate decision-making techniques and processes including the development of portfolio management tools to enable portfolio optimization through the use of risk and value measures, from a financial, technical and regulatory perspective.
Our services are based upon a flexible model including development of activity schedules, resource and cost analysis, risk analysis and issue management. The approach is tailored to our individual clients' need and may include the preparation and management of in-house projects and virtual projects.
The use of portfolio optimization requires decisions to be made on which projects must be prioritized based upon a level playing field. Conventional probability of success, commercial value, time to market, and resource requirements are analyzed to enable investment decisions to be made on a variety of projects. For many small companies a critical factor that also needs to be considered is the impact on company image of a lead project, or the potential downstream benefits of optimising a platform technology.
